Sanchong Land Office, Taipei county was founded on November 11,1975, subordinate to Dep.of Land Administration Taipei country Government, manages land administrative affairs of Sanchong City and Luzhou City..
Four departments provide the following services respectively:
- Land Registration Section :
Land and Construction Registration and Ficial Registers Keeping and Information Center.
- Land Survey Section :
Land and Construction Survey , Cadaster keeping and Document Issuance , Land expropriation, public Land appropriation and other service.
- Land Appraisal Section :
Land Price Adjustment,Land Value Issuance , Official document Receiving and Sending and Official Seal.
- Information Management Section :
Database Management,the work of electronic cadaster information processing, Evaluation of ownership transaction land value and Written request of Registration Management.
